After a 20 year career with the federal government concluding in various senior management roles, Jordan became Executive Director of the First Nations Fisheries Council of British Columbia in 2010. Concurrently, he also served as a member of Council with the Musqueam First Nation for 20 years. He is a clear thinker with extensive capacity and understanding of management, government process, business implementation, and First Nations governance. He has strong board of directors experience in both the public and private sectors, as well as First Nation LLP structures. He was Valedictorian and Top Recruit at the Justice Institute of British Columbia's Police Academy, and was certified by the RCMP Coordinated Law Enforcement Training Unit in Instructional Techniques and Facilitation, as well as the Harvard Public Disputes program in Interest Based Negotiations and Public Dispute Resolution.
